Special Planning Board Meeting - Pizzo and Pizzo
Last night at the municipal building, we held a special planning board meeting. After many years and many meetings the Pizzo and Pizzo property known now as Presidential Place at Lebanon has been finalized and approved.

Council Meeting - Preparation
In preparation for the upcoming work session, I am proposing 2 Resolutions to the governing Body.
Resolution authorizing Hampton Borough to be the lead agency for a shared service feasability study for police coverage.
Resolution in support of NJDEP legislation for unmuffled engine braking (Jake Braking).

Board of Health - Reorganization
The annual reorganization of the Board of Health was held last night.
The BOH (Board of health) is responsible for all the Borough food licenses and the dog/cat census and licenses among other things dealing with health related issues.

Planning Board - 2008 Reorganization
The annual Lebanon Borough Planning Board/Board of Adjustment reorganization was held last night at Borough Hall.
6 seperate oaths of office were taken to include our new Alt. II board member David Abeles.

Last Night’s Planning Board Meeting
Standing room only at last nights Council meeting - another indication of the need to move forward with a new facility to comfortably accommodate our residents and community.

Also on the agenda will be further discussion of the Municipal building renovation from the architectural firm of SSP.

We had our rescheduled Planning Board/Board or Adjustment meeting last night. Unfortunately, we did not get to memorialize the Pizzo and Pizzo development due to further review and modifications.
