Billboard - Clinton Township
Today was interesting as the reps for Coastal set a mock-up of a proposed billboard that they have in front of the Clinton Twp Planning board. The interesting thing about this application is the proposed site. Raceweld Company is a welding facility located in Clinton Twp - just on the border of Lebanon Borough. So as the applicant must get all the approvals for constructing this billboard from Clinton Twp - the ultimate impact to aesthetics and “quality of life” effect us in Lebanon Borough.
FYI - the original application was set to be at a height of 120ft - this has been lowered to 99ft.
